Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Il Belice. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5  business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We can provide a next day delivery service - please see options at checkout. For same day delivery, please get in touch.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International delivery

For international deliveries, please contact us for a quotation.

Payment, Returns & Exchange Policy

Payment Options

Credit / Debit Cards  -  PAYPAL  -  Offline (cash) payments

Our policy does not include returning goods due to a change of mind.
 

Replacements due to non-conformity

Within and no later than 28 days from the date the goods were delivered, you may request a replacement if the products arrived opened or the packaging was damaged, providing that a picture is sent as a proof within 12 hours.


In the event that the repair or replacement was found to be impossible to arrange or excessively costly, you may request a price reduction or the dissolution of the contract. Vendors will be charged for the shipment of defective goods, for the labour involved in their repair and for materials used.


You will not be entitled to the non-conformity warranty if you were aware of the fault, or if the fault could not have been ignored using ordinary diligence, or if the defect or fault derives from instructions or materials provided by you. 


In the event that the defect was found to be minor and its replacement difficult to arrange or excessively costly, you will only be entitled to a price reduction.
 

Refunds

Refunds will be accepted only on damaged goods and we will ask customers to provide a picture within 12 hours of receiving the goods. You will therefore be refunded for the value of the returned product, net of shipment costs.

How will the refund be paid? The store operates from the United Kingdom and for this reason all transactions, even those in different currencies, will be converted to British Sterling (GBP). For payments in currencies other than British Sterling (GBP), Il Belice nonetheless refunds the amount in British Sterling (GBP). Caution: amounts in other currencies are based on the calculation of the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. Eventual exchange variations are therefore at customer's expense.
